摘　　要：直线滚动导轨的主要失效形式为接触疲劳损坏和重压下产生的塑性变形。它要求导轨整体必须具有较好的综合力学性能和较好的耐温度变化的尺寸稳定性,其工作部位要求具有高硬度、高强度和高耐磨性。因此,我们必须通过合理的选材和正确的热处理工艺手段来达到要求的性能。The main failure form of linear rolling guide is the contact fatigue damage and the plastic deformation under the weight.It is required that the linear motion guide must have better comprehensive me- chanical properties and better dimensional stability resistant to temperature variation,its working parts re- quires high hardness,high strength and high wear resistance.Therefore,we must be selected the reasonable material and proper heat treatment process to achieve the performance.
