摘  要:三个炉次的马氏体沉淀硬化不锈钢,进行化学成分对力学性能影响的热处理工艺试验,热处理后进行力学性能检测及金相显微组织分析。结果表明:含碳量和镍当量对力学性能的影响最大,随着含碳量的减小,强度、硬度提高;随着镍当量降低,强度、硬度提高;金相显微组织分析的结果同力学性能数值的变化一致。结论对优化控制化学成分有指导意义。Heat treatment process tests for the effect of chemical composition on mechanical properties of martensite precipitation hardening stainless steel from three furnace stages were carried out.the mechanical properties were measured and the microstructure was analyzed after heat treatment.The results showed that carbon content and nickel equivalent had the greatest influence on mechanical properties.With decreasing carbon content,the strength and hardness increased,and with decreasing nickel equivalent,the strength and hardness increased.The results of metallographic microstructure analysis were consistent with the changes of mechanical properties,which had the guiding cal composition. significance for optimizing and controlling chemical composition.
