摘 要:采用交叉试验—自身前后对照及阴性对照方式研究工程应用中常规氮化钢的氮化工艺及与之形成最佳匹配性的磨削加工工艺路线,以获得最佳的使用性能,并根据结果进行科学检测。结果表明:不同材料、不同氮化工艺所对应的最佳磨削加工余量均不相等,甚至其中的差别可以明显地影响工程实践应用,通过本轮系统性试验,成功地摸索出三个关键参数之间的内在联系,为氮化件获得最佳工程应用性能提供了参考。The nitriding technology of conventional nitride steel and the grinding process with the best matching is systematicaIIy studied to get the best use performance by using cross test of self before-and-af- ter contrast and negative control method,and the results are scientifically tested.The results show that the optimal grinding machining allowance for different materials and different nitriding process are not equal, and even the difference can significantly affect the application of engineering practice.Through this systematic experiment,the internal relation among three key parameters is found out successfully,which provides a reference for obtaining the best engineering application performance of nitriding parts.
