摘 要:循环相变热处理过程可有效细化晶粒,进而在保证材料强度的同时提升其韧性。通过研究热处理循环次数、奥氏体化温度和保温时间探究该工艺的最佳参数。结果表明CrWMn钢在810℃淬火、保温时间10 min、循环相变4次,晶粒细化至2. 4μm,能获得较好的综合性能。其机理大致归因于该过程能大幅度提高形核率、抑制晶粒的生长及消除钢的组织遗传性。The heat treatment process of cyclic phase transition can effectively refine the grain,and then improve the toughness while ensuring its strength of material.The optimal process parameters are investigated by studying the number of heat treatment cycles,austenitizing temperature and holding time.The resuits show that CrWMn steel can achieve better comprehensive performance as quenching at 810℃,holding time for 10min and the cyclic phase transition for 4 times,and the grain is refined to 2.4 μm.The mechanism is roughly attributed to the fact that the process can substantially increase the nucleation rate, inhibit the growth of grains and eliminate the struture inheritance of steel.
