摘  要:以二氧化硅、柱层析硅胶、气凝胶SiO_2为载体,采用常规浸渍法和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮添加浸渍法制备负载金属镍Ni/SiO_2催化剂,并考察其在甲烷部分氧化制合成气过程中的催化反应性能,同时采用比表面积分析仪、红外光谱仪、X-射线衍射仪对催化剂结构和形貌进行表征。结果表明,以气凝胶SiO_2为载体,采用聚乙烯吡咯烷酮添加浸渍法制备的负载量为10%金属镍的催化剂的催化反应效果较好,甲烷转化率较高,选择性较好。比表面积分析表明,气凝胶SiO_2载体催化剂具有较大的比表面积和孔体积,尤其是具有较大的微孔比表面积和微孔体积。Ni-supporting Ni/SiO2 catalysts are prepared separately through conventional impregnation method and poly-vinyl-pyrrolidone impregnation method with silicon dioxide,column chromatography silica gel and aerogel SiO2 respectively as carriers.The catalytic performances of samples in partial oxidation of methane to syngas are investigated.The structure and morphology of the catalyst samples are characterized by specific surface area analyzer,infrared spectrometer,X-ray diffraction and laser particle size analyzer. It is shown that the best catalytic effect is given by the catalyst that is prepared through polyvinyl pyrrolidone impregnation method with aerogel SiO2 as carrier and supports10% Ni metal.It also gives a higher conversion rate of methane and higher selectivity.Specific surface area analysis shows that aerogel SiO2 supported catalyst has larger specific surface area and pore volume,especially larger micro-pore specific surface area and micro-pore volume.
