摘 要:用50 L的多功能间歇反应釜进行了催化剂的放大制备,在固定床反应器上对己二酸二甲酯加氢制备1,6-己二醇工艺条件进行了研究,考察了反应温度、压力、气体空速、氢酯摩尔比对反应的影响。在反应温度为230~250℃、反应压力为5. 0~8. 1 MPa、气体空速为6 151~12 300 h^(-1)、氢酯摩尔比大于150、液时空速为0. 3~0. 6 h^(-1)等操作条件下,己二酸二甲酯转化率达到99%以上,1,6-己二醇的收率在97%以上。A catalyst for production of 1,6-hexanediol is prepared via co precipitation technology in a 50L scale-up batch reactor.The performance of the catalyst is appraised through catalytic hydrogenation of dimethyl adipate in a high temperature and high pressure fixed bed reactor. Influences of reaction temperature,pressure,gas hourly space velocity and molar ratio between hydrogen and ester on the hydrogenation reaction are investigated. The results show that the conversion rate of dimethyl adipate can exceed 99% and the yield of 1,6-hexanediol can reach above 97% when the reaction temperature is at 230-250℃,the pressure is 5-8 MPa,the gas hourly space velocity is 6 151-12 300 h-1,the molar ratio between hydrogen and ester is larger than 150 and liquid hourly space velocity is 0. 3-0. 6 h-1.
