尿通卡克乃其片联合左氧氟沙星治疗女性下尿路感染临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察尿通卡克乃其片联合左氧氟沙星对女性下尿路感染的临床疗效。方法:将选取的96例急性下尿路感染的女性患者按随机数字表法分为2组,每组48例。西药组接受左氧氟沙星胶囊治疗,联合组在西药组治疗方案的基础上加服尿通卡克乃其片治疗,疗程为1周。比较2组患者临床疗效、症状消除时间、尿白细胞和红细胞计数、药物不良反应及随访半年的复发率。结果:治疗后,总有效率联合组93.75%,西药组81.25%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后,联合组临床症状尿频、尿急,尿痛,肉眼血尿消失时间短于西药组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05,P <0.01)。治疗后,2组尿中白细胞计数和红细胞计数分别与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05,P <0.01)。联合组尿中白细胞及红细胞计数分别与西药组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。随访半年,联合组的复发率低于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),2组不良反应发生率经统计学处理,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论:尿通卡克乃其片联合左氧氟沙星治疗女性下尿路感染疗效显著,能明显改善患者的临床症状,降低复发率且不增加不良反应。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Niaotong Kake'naiqi tablets combined with levofloxacin for women with lower urinary tract infection. Methods:Divided 96 cases of women with acute lower urinary tract infection into two groups according to the random number table method,48 cases in each group. The western medicine group was treated with levofloxacin capsules,while the combination group was additionally given Niaotong Kake'naiqi tablets based on the treatment of the control group. The two groups received treatment for one week. Compared the clinical effect,elimination time of symptoms,urinary leukocyte and erythrocyte count, adverse drug reactions, and the recurrence rate of six months of follow-up in the two groups. Results:After treatment, the total effective rate was 93.75% in the combination group and 81.25% in the western medicine group,the difference being significant(P < 0.05). After treatment,the elimination time of clinical symptoms as frequent urination,urgent urination,painful urination,and gross hematuria in the combination group was shorter than that in the western medicine group,differences being significant(P<0.05,P < 0.01). After treatment, compared the urinary leukocyte and erythrocyte count between the two groups with those before treatment, differences were significant(P<0.05,P<0.01). Compared the urinary leukocyte and erythrocyte count in the combination group with those in the western medicine group,differences being significant(P<0.05). After following up for half a year,the recurrence rate in the combination group was lower than that in the western medicine group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: The therapy of Niaotong Kake'naiqi tablets combined with levofloxacin has significant effect for women with lower urinary tract infection,which can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce recurrence rate but will not increase adverse reactions.
