商用车液压转向系统用油与橡胶的相互作用考察

摘　　要：依据商用车液压动力转向系统使用情况,转向系统用油常使用自动传动液、专用动力转向油、8号液力传动油。考察了各种转向系统用油与橡胶的相容性,研究了转向系统用油与橡胶件间的相互影响,并对试验结果进行了分析,在此基础上提出了转向系统用油建议。According to the use of commercial vehicle hydraulic steering systems,automatic transmission fluids,power steering fluid and No. 8 hydraulic transmission oil are often used as steering systems oil. In this paper,the compatibility of various steering systems oils and rubber was tested,the interaction between the test oil and rubber was researched. The test results were analyzed and suggestions for the use of steering system oil were proposed.
