摘 要:选取半合成润滑油基础油作为实验材料,利用加压差示扫描量热法(PDSC)考察抗氧剂对润滑油基础油氧化安定性的影响,并将结果与SH/T 0196铜片实验法进行比较。结果表明:酚型抗氧剂T501对基础油的抗氧效果优于胺型抗氧剂L57;基础油的氧化安定性随着抗氧剂浓度的增加而逐渐升高;PDSC实验结果与SH/T 0196具有很好的对应性,而且具有样品用量少、重复性好、准确性高等优点,可以用于评价基础油的氧化安定性。Selecting semi-synthetic lubricant base oils as experimental materials,the influence of antioxidants on the oxidative stability was evaluated with Pressure Differential Scanning Cabrimetry( PDSC) and the results were compared with those of copper experimental method of SH/T 0196. The results show that,the anti-oxidation efficiency of phenolic antioxidant T501 is better than that of amine antioxidant L57 and the oxidative stability of base oils increases gradually with rising antioxidant concentration. Having the advantages of less sample dosage,better repeatability and higher accuracy,PDSC can be used to evaluate the oxidative stability of base oils and the results are in good correspondence to those of SH/T 0196.
