摘　　要：我国制定鼓励外商投资民用机场政策以来,民用机场利用外资的实践活动逐步发展,利用外资的认识不断深化。本文通过回顾外商投资民用机场的政策出台背景,分析现行外商投资民用机场法律的具体内容,总结外商投资民用机场的实践效果,为地方人民政府制定民用机场外资决策提供参考。Since China has enacted the policy of encouraging foreign investment in civil airports,the practice of investment in civil airports has gradually developed,and the understanding of using foreign capital has continued to deepen.This paper reviews the background of the policy of foreign investment in civil airports, analyze the specific content of the current foreign investment civil airport law,summarizes the practical effects of foreign investment civil airports,and provides reference for local people's governments to make foreign investment decisions for civil airports.
