摘　　要：目的探讨兰索拉唑结合莫沙必利用于治疗老年胃食管反流症的效果。方法选择我院2015年1月～2016年1月共90例老年胃食管反流症患者,随机分组,对照组患者口服兰索拉唑1粒/d,观察组患者口服兰索拉唑1粒/d+莫沙必利3粒/次、3次/d。评估、比较两组患者的治疗疗效、并发症发生率。并发症主要指食管溃疡、食管狭窄、Barrett食管、消化道出血。结果⑴和对照组对比,观察组总有效率明显更高,数据差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);⑵和对照组对比,观察组并发症发生率明显更低,数据差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用莫沙必利联合兰索拉唑对老年胃食管反流症患者进行治疗,效果明显比单纯兰索拉唑更加见效,可以促进患者症状快速改善,值得应用。Objective To investigate the effect of lansoprazole combined with mosapride in the treatment of elderly patients with gastroesophageal refl ux disease. Methods A total of 90 elderly patients with gastroesophageal refl ux disease were enrolled from January 2015 to January 2016. The patients in the control group received lansoprazole 1 pill/d. The patients in the observation group received lansoprazole 1 pill/d + mosapride 3 pills/time,3 times/d. Evaluate and compare the therapeutic effi cacy and complication rate of the two groups of patients. Complications mainly refer to esophageal ulcer,esophageal stricture,Barrett’s esophagus,and gastrointestinal bleeding. Results ⑴Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher,and the data were statistically significant(P<0.05); ⑵Compared with the control group, the incidence of complications was significantly lower in the observation group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of elderly patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease with mosapride combined with lansoprazole is more effective than lansoprazole alone,which can promote the rapid improvement of symptoms and is worthy of application.
