中医特色穴位推拿对嗓音疾病的治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中医穴位推拿对嗓音疾病的治疗效果。方法选取2018年1月1日～6月30日我科收治的120例嗓音疾病患者,将2018年1月1日～3月20日收治的60例患者和2018年3月21日～6月30日收治的60例患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在接受常规治疗后给予中医推拿治疗,对比两组治疗效果和患者反馈。结果对照组有效率为73.3%,观察组有效率为93.3%。结论中医特色穴位推拿治疗嗓音疾病具有良好的临床效果,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine acupoint massage on vocal diseases. Methods 120patients with voice diseases admitted to our department from January 1,2018to June 30,2018were selected.60patients admitted from January 1,2018to March 20,2018.And 60patients admitted from March 21, 2018to June 30,2018.120patients were divided into control group and observation group.The control group was given routine treatment,while the observation group was given routine treatment and TCM massage.The therapeutic effect and patients'feedback were compared between the two groups.Results SPSS 22.0statistical software package was used for statistical analysis.Rank sum test was used for non-normal distribution measurement data,t test was used for comparison of the mean of normal distribution measurement data between the two groups.The total effective rate of the control group was 73.3%,and that of the observation group was 93.3%,P<0.05.The difference was statistically significant.The treatment group was comprehensive.The curative effect is better than that of the control group. Conclusion Acupoint massage with Chinese characteristics has good clinical effect in the treatment of vocal diseases,and is worthy of popularization and application.TCM Massage therapy can be integrated into the comprehensive treatment of vocal diseases.
