摘　　要：在简要介绍TB/T 1804—2009 《铁道客车空调机组》修订背景的基础上,叙述TB/T 1804—2017 《铁道车辆空调空调机组》的变化情况,对增加季节能效评价的要求进行详细说明。从空调生产厂、客车制造厂2个角度,提出新标准的实施建议,指出新标准有待进一步完善的内容。Based on a brief introduction to the background for revising TB/T 1804—2009 Air Conditioning Unit for Railway Passenger Car,the article specifies the changes made in TB/T 1804—2017 Air Conditioning for Railway Rolling Stock: Air Conditioning Unit,giving a detailed description for the requirement of adding a seasonal energyefficiency assessment. In view of such two aspects as air-conditioner manufacturers and passenger car manufactur-ers,the article give some suggestions for the implementation of such a new standard,and specify the contents to befurther improved in the new standard.
