摘 要:目的参加生活饮用水中甲醛的检测能力验证实验,针对实验操作中的影响因素进行分析,研究不确定度的评定,确保检测结果真实、准确、可靠。方法采用GB/T5750.10-2006 4-氨基-3-联氨-5-巯基-1,2,4-三氮杂茂(AHMT)分光光度法测定生活饮用水中的甲醛,建立数学模型,计算各不确定度分量,求得合成不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果影响测定结果的主要因素包括实验室环境、甲醛标准溶液和AHMT的选择、质控方法的应用和反应过程中的操作注意事项。盲样中甲醛含量及扩展不确定度为(0.562±0.058)mg/L,k=2。结论标准曲线绘制引入的不确定度是本次测定中最主要的不确定度分量,更是能力验证实验中的重要环节。因此,检测过程中应选择最合适的标准曲线的线性范围,尽量降低不确定度,进一步提高检测质量。[Objective]To participate in the ability validation experiment on the determination of formaldehyde in drinking water, analyze the influencing factors during the experimental operation,to ensure the the test results are true,accurate and reliable. [Methods]The 4-Amino-3-hydrazino-5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazole(AHMT) spectrophotometric method of GB/T 5750.10-2006 was applied in the determination. The mathematical model was established and the uncertainty componts were calculated to obtain the combined uncertainty and expanded uncertainty. [Results]The influencing factors of determination results were laboratory environment,the standard solution of formaldehyde,the choice of AHMT,the application of quality control method and the attention of reaction process. Formaldehyde content in blind sample and the expanded uncertainty were (0.562±0.058) mg/L,k=2. [Conclusion]The uncertainty introduced by standard curve drawing is the most important component of uncertainty in this determination,and it is also an important part of the ability validation. Therefore,it is necessary to select the most suitable linear range of standard curve and reduce the uncertainty as far as possible,so as to further improve the detection quality.
