摘　　要：目的调查公安民警婚姻质量及影响因素,分析公安民警工作与婚姻家庭的关系,促进公安队伍的管理和建设,提升公安民警的执行力和战斗力。方法采用由程灶火主编的中国人婚姻质量问卷(CMQI),对川南地区有婚史的265名公安民警进行调查。结果从婚姻质量的总体得分(31.88±5.19)和各维度得分的分布情况看川南公安民警对婚姻质量的满意度不佳;公安民警婚姻质量在性别、年龄维度上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),民警的性别、年龄因素对其婚姻质量影响小;婚姻质量的子女与婚姻维度得分在是否任职上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),任职民警在子女与婚姻维度方面满意度较高;婚姻质量的9个维度在配偶是否就职上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),配偶就职的民警婚姻质量满意度远高于配偶未就职的民警;婚姻质量的各维度得分在婚姻状况上差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),处在婚姻状态的民警婚姻质量满意度远高于离婚状态的民警。结论川南公安民警的婚姻质量满意度不佳,民警任职、配偶就职、所处婚姻状况等因素影响着婚姻质量,主管部门应推出更多暖警惠警政策和措施,稳定民警家庭,提升其战斗力。[Objective]To investigate the marriage quality and influencing factors of police staffs,analyze the relation between police work and marriage and family,promote the police team management and construction,and improve the executive force and combat effectiveness of the police staffs. [Methods]A total of 265 police staffs having got married in Southern Sichuan Province were investigated by CMQI developed by CHENG Zao -huo. [Results ] The scores of overall mean (31.88±5.19) and every dimension of marriage quality showed that the marriage quality of police staffs in Southern Sichuan Province was not good. There was no significant difference of marriage quality for police staffs with different gender and age (P>0.05),and the effects of police staffs' gender and age were not significant on their marriage quality. The difference of score of offspring and marriage dimension in the variable of whether in leadership position was statistically significant (P<0.05),and the satisfaction of offspring and marriage dimension of police staffs in leadership position was higher. The differences of 9 dimensions of marriage quality at the variable of partner whether employed were statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the marriage satisfaction of police staffs whose partners were employed was higher. The differences of dimension of marriage quality in different marriage status was statistically significant (P<0.01),and the marriage satisfaction of police staffs in marriage was higher than that of those divorced. [Conclusion]The marriage satisfaction of the police staffs in Southern Sichuan Province is not good,and the police staffs whether in leadership position,whether their partners were employed and marriage status are influencing factors. The competent authorities should make out more policies warming and benefiting the police staffs,in order to stabilize the police staff's family and improve their combat effectiveness.
