摘　　要：出生体重是影响围生期、新生儿期以及婴儿期儿童健康的重要因素,出生体重较低的儿童在出生后发生疾病和死亡的风险要比正常出生的儿童高,在进入成人阶段后患高血压、糖尿病和其他代谢疾病的风险也较正常出生体重的儿童高。本文从发生率、影响因素和预防策略等三个方面对新生儿低出生体重进行了综述。Birth weight is an important factor affecting the health of the perinatal,neonatal and infantile children. Children with lower birth weight are at higher risk of illness and death after birth than those born with normal birth,and their risk of hypertension,diabetes,and other metabolic diseases after entering the adult stage is also higher than that of normal birth weight children. This article reviews the low birth weight of newborns from three aspects:incidence rate,influencing factors and preventive strategies.
