摘　　要：宝鸡市蟠龙新区排水下塬管道负责新区的雨水、污水排放,下塬后排入塬下千河。由于地势高差大,流量大,重点需解决跌水消能问题。在设计中针对工程特点,对不同跌水高度分别采用不同的消能构筑物,尤其对单次跌水高度>6m的采用格栅式跌水消能池进行消能,保证了工程的使用要求。The drainage pipeline of Panlong new district in Baoji City is the outlet pipeline for rain and sewage in the new district. After the drainage,it is drained into the Qian river in the lower tableland. Due to the large difference in terrain and large flow,it is important to solve the problem of water loss and energy dissipation. In the design,different energy dissipation structures are used for different fall heights for engineering characteristics. Especially when the single drop height is more than 6 m,the grid type water drop energy dissipating pool is used for energy dissipation to ensure that the normal use of the project meets the requirements.
