摘  要:利用花岗岩机制砂取代部分河砂配制混凝土,开展了抗压、抗折、劈拉强度试验,研究分析了花岗岩机制砂掺量对混凝土力学性能的影响规律。结果表明:随着花岗岩机制砂掺加比例增加,混凝土力学性能均呈先增大后减小的趋势,对于最大抗压、抗折和劈拉强度而言,最佳机制砂掺量分别为10wt%、10wt%和15wt%,这主要是由于石粉的填充效应以及机制砂与水泥浆体之间具有更大的粘结力。This paper employs granite manufactured sand as partial replacement for river sand to prepare mixed sand concrete.The compressive,flexural and tensile strength tests were carried out,and the influence of the amount of granite mechanical sand on the mechanical properties of concrete was studied and the mechanism analysis was carried out.The results show that with the increase of percentage of granite manufactured sand in the mixed sand,the mechanical properties initially increase and then decrease.The optimal value of the granite manufactured sand percentage for compressive strength,flexural strength,split tensile strength is 10wt%,10wt%and 15wt%,respectively.It could attribute to the filler effects of the granite dust and the stronger bond between the granite manufacture sand and the cement mortar.
