摘　　要：缺陷报告信息是综合判断汽车和消费品是否存在缺陷的一个重要信息来源,为开展召回过程监督管理等提供有效数据,本文阐述了采集缺陷报告信息的意义、国内外缺陷报告信息采集渠道和内容,并对我国缺陷报告信息采集的质量情况及存在的问题进行详细的分析,借鉴国外先进经验以及针对信息采集存在问题的原因作了探讨,就如何进一步改进我国缺陷报告信息采集的内容和质量提出了具体建议。The defect report information is an important source of information for the comprehensive judgment of defects in automobiles and consumer goods,which provides effective data for the supervision and management of the recall process.This paper describes the significance of collecting defect report information,the channels and content of domestic and foreign defect report information collection,and analyzes in details the quality and the existing problems of the defect report information collection in our country.Learning from the advanced experience of foreign countries,the author discusses the reasons for the problems in information collection,and puts forward specific suggestions on how to further improve the content and quality of China's defect report information collection.
