摘　　要：目的探究分析高龄人工股骨头置换手术的手术配合及护理措施。方法纳入2013年8月至2017年4月在我院接受治疗的54例高龄人工股骨头置换患者进入研究,以此54例患者的临床资料作为分析对象进行回顾性的分析。结果 54例患者手术均顺利进行,术后恢复良好。结论手术室的护理人员应根据高龄患者的心理及疾病特点,熟悉护理措施,熟练掌握术中的护理配合步骤,认真做好评估,严格执行无菌操作,可促进手术的顺利进行、减少术后的并发症。Objective To explore the surgical cooperation and nursing measures for advanced artificial femoral head replacement surgery.Methods A total of 54 elderly patients with artificial femoral head replacement who underwent treatment in our hospital from August 2013 to April 2017 were enrolled in the study.The clinical data of 54 patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results All the 54 patients underwent surgery and recovered well.Conclusion The nursing staff in the operating room should be familiar with the nursing measures according to the psychological and disease characteristics of the elderly patients,master the nursing cooperation steps in the operation,carefully evaluate and strictly perform the aseptic operation,which can promote the smooth operation of the operation and reduce postoperative complications.
