摘　　要：目的探讨耳穴贴压联合穴位贴敷方法治疗剖宫产术后腹胀的效果。方法随机选取2017年1月至2017年12月在我院产科剖宫产术后腹胀产妇100例,对照组给予常规护理措施,观察组在常规护理的基础上,给予产妇耳穴贴压联合穴位贴敷的护理措施。结果观察组肠鸣音恢复时间(每分钟3-5次为标准),首次通气时间和排便时间明显早于对照组。结论运用耳穴贴压联合穴位贴敷实施综合性的中医护理干预措施能够改善剖宫产术后腹胀。Objective To investigate the effect of auricular acupoint pressing combined with acupoint application on abdominal distension after cesarean section.Methods 100 patients with abdominal distension after cesarean section in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were randomly selected.The control group was given routine nursing measures,and the observation group was given the nursing measures of maternal auricular acupoint pressing combined with acupoint sticking on the basis of routine nursing.Results The recovery time of bowel sounds in the observation group (3-5 times per minute was the standard),and the first ventilation time and defecation time were significantly earlier than the control group.Conclusion The use of auricular acupoint pressing combined with acupoint application to implement comprehensive TCM nursing intervention can improve abdominal distension after cesarean section.
