摘 要:目的探析护理管理中参与管理模式的应用效果。方法于2015年1月至2017年1月时段,回顾性分析我院的护理管理模式。其中,把2016年6月前开展的常规护理管理的62名护理人员看作参照组,把2016年6月后开展的参与管理模式的62名护理人员看作研究组。观察经不同时段取得的临床护理管理情况。结果参照组护理人员的操作技巧、理论知识评分情况均明显低于研究组(P<0.05);研究组护理人员的护理质量情况均明显优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论在护理管理中,参与管理模式的实施对护理人员护理质量的提升具有促进作用,同时还能有效提高护理人员对护理工作理论知识和操作技巧的掌握,避免不必要纠纷事件发生。Objective To explore the application effect of participation in management mode in nursing management.Methods The nursing management mode of our hospital was analyzed retrospectively from January 2015 to January 2017.Among them,62 nursing staff who were in charge of routine nursing management before June 2016 were regarded as a reference group,and 62 nursing staff who participated in the management model after June 2016 were regarded as a research group.Results The operation skills and theoretical knowledge scores of the reference group were significantly lower than that of the study group (P<0.05).The nursing quality of the nursing staff in the study group was significantly better than the reference group (P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing management,the implementation of the participation management mode can promote the improvement of the nursing staff's quality of care.At the same time it effectively improve the nursing staff's grasp of the theoretical knowledge and operational skills of nursing work,and avoid unnecessary disputes.
