摘 要:万能轧机生产H型钢一般需要与产品形状相似的异形连铸坯作为原料。通过对万能轧机轧制H型钢时变形区的分析,提出轧制时腹板减少的金属一部分用于延伸,另一部分转移到翼缘,参与到翼缘的展宽和延伸。这样,降低了腹板的延伸系数,增加了翼缘的延伸量,使翼缘的变形与腹板的变形之间更加均衡。为此,设计了新的万能轧机粗轧机X孔型,提出了相应的水平辊和立辊的压下量控制方案。经实践,采用该方法降低了万能轧机机组对坯料的要求,即可以采用方坯或矩形坯,增加了万能轧机对轧件的控制能力,提高了生产效率。H-beam produced by universal mill generally needs special-shaped continuous casting billet with similar shape as the product.By analyzing the deformation zone of the H-beam when rolling by universal mill,the idea was proposed that part of the metal reduced in the web during rolling was used for extension,and the other part was transferred to the flange to participate in the spreading and extension of the flange.Therefore,the elongation of web was reduced,and the amount of extension of the flange was increased,which made the deformation of the flange more balanced with the deformation of the web.To this end,a new X pass of universal mill roughing mill was designed,and the corresponding horizontal roll and vertical roll reduction control schemes were proposed.Through practice,the method was adopted to reduce the requirement of the billet for the universal mill,that is,the square billet or the rectangular billet could be used,the control capability of the universal mill for the rolling stock was improved,and the production efficiency was increased.
