摘 要:针对安阳钢铁股份有限公司3450mm炉卷轧机产品尺寸精度难以满足生产要求的问题,对炉卷轧机过程控制系统进行了改进。介绍了新过程控制系统的主要模型:负荷分配模型、温度软测量模型、轧机刚度模型、轧辊磨损模型、AGC模型,并对实际生产新旧模型厚度控制精度进行了对比。生产实践表明:在轧制6mm钢板时,采用新系统钢板头尾厚度基本没有超差,钢板全长的厚度偏差(测量最大值-最小值)小于0.23mm,轧制时采用新系统比原系统可多收得1块约15m长的合格钢板。In view of the problem that the product dimensional accuracy of 3450 mm Steckle mill of is difficult to meet the production requirements in Anyang Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,the process control system of the Steckle mill had been improved.The main models of the new process control system were introduced,including load distribution model,temperature soft measurement model,rolling mill stiffness model,roll wear model,AGC model.The accuracy of thickness control of the new and old models was compared.The production practice shows that when the 6 mm plate is rolled,the thickness of the head and tail of plate used the new system is basically no difference,and the thickness deviation of the full length of the plate (measuring the maximum point minus the minimum point)is less than 0.23mm.And a piece of qualified steel plate about 15 m long is obtained.
