摘　　要：内蒙古包钢钢联股份有限公司薄板厂结合其全氢罩式退火炉工艺特点,在保证产品质量的前提下,新增废氢回收提纯装置。该装置可将罩式退火炉排出的废氢经过去除杂质、脱油、脱氧、脱水、分离氢气,重新得到符合退火炉要求的高纯度氢气,并将提纯后的氢气返送回罩式退火炉,实现循环利用。该回收方案的实施,每年可节约成本700万元以上。The new waste hydrogen recovery purifying device was added to the bell type annealing furnace in Baotou Iron & Steel CSP Plant,under the precondition of .ensuring the hydrogen quality.The waste hydrogen was purified,unoiled,deoxidized,dehydrated and hydrogen-separated,so the high purity hydrogen was obtained to return back to the bell type annealing furnace with recycling applications.The implementation of this recycling scheme realized,and 7 million yuan RMB were saved per year.
