西药房高危药品管理与用药安全性的研究进展

摘　　要：随着人们物质文化生活水平的提高和医疗理念的不断进步,人们对西药房高危药品的管理和用药的安全性越来越关注。因为高危药品的管理和用药的安全性直接影响着患者的临床治疗效果,如果高危药品的管理不当和用药不合理甚至可能影响患者的生命安全。但遗憾的是,目前我国西药房的高危药品管理以及用药安全性还存在许多缺陷,主要体现在部分西药房高危药品管理人员综合素质不高,西药房高危药品的管理模式较为落后和西药房的高危药品管理制度不够完善等。因为这些问题的存在直接导致了用药安全性的降低。基于西药房高危药品管理的重要性,本文就高危药品的管理进行了探讨,并提出了相应的优化策略,以提高西药房高危药品的管理水平和高危药品的使用安全性,保障患者的身体健康和生命安全。With the improvement of people's material and cultural living standards and the advancement of medical concepts,people are paying more and more attention to the management of high-risk medicines in western pharmacies and the safety of medications.Because the management of high-risk drugs and the safety of medication directly affect the patient's effects of the clinical treatment,if improper management of high-risk drugs and improper use of drugs may even affect the lives of patients.However,there are still many deficiencies in the high-risk drug management and drug safety,which are mainly reflected in the following aspects:the comprehensive quality of high-risk drug management personnel in some western pharmacies is low,western pharmacy high-risk drug management mode is lagging behind,western pharmacy's high-risk drug management system is not perfect.The existence of these problems directly led to the decline in the safety of medication.Because of the importance of high-risk drug management in western pharmacies,this article discusses the management of high-risk drugs and puts forward some corresponding optimization strategys to improve the management of high-risk drugs in western pharmacies and the safety of high-risk drug use to safeguard the patient's physical health and life safety.
