摘  要:复摆颚式破碎机运行时,动颚引起的周期性惯性力很大。在ADSMS环境下对PEF760×1000型破碎机进行仿真,通过正交试验得到机架振动力最小的配重最优组合,安装辅助配重比只安装主配重机架水平振动力减小了93%左右,可见安装辅助配重对减小破碎机的水平扰力效果非常明显。There is large periodic inertia force caused by the moving jaw while the compound-pendulum jaw crusher works. A PEF760×1000 crusher was simulated in ADAMS, and the optimal combination of the minimum counterweight for the horizontal vibrating force of the frame was obtained by orthogonal test method. The horizontal vibrating force of the frame with auxiliary counterweight decreased by 93% compared to the one merely with main counterweight, which showed the effects of the auxiliary counterweight were obvious in decreasing the horizontal disturbance of the crusher.
