摘　　要：目的调查分析海岛地区2016年在托儿童全血中锌、钙、铁、镁、铜含量水平,为防治儿童微量元素的缺乏和指导合理膳食提供参考依据。方法选取在托儿童2312人,分为小班(5岁~,男410人,女358人)、中班(6岁~,男396人,女355人)、大班(7岁~,男422人,女371人)3组,同时进行全血中锌、钙、铁、镁、铜的检测,分析不同年龄段的5种元素水平及变化趋势。结果5种元素中锌、铁和钙的缺乏在不同年龄段都较为常见,但存在逐渐降低的趋势,各组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。锌、钙、铁的缺乏情况中锌缺乏率最高,为12.8%~16.1%,铁为9.3%~12.6%,钙为8.7%~11.0%,不同年龄组间钙、铁、锌的缺乏差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论海岛地区2016年在托儿童锌、铁和钙存在不同程度的缺乏,应定期检测微量元素并及早制定补充措施。Objective To investigate the levels of zinc,calcium,iron,magnesium and copper in children from island area in 2016,so as to provide reference for preventing the deficiency of the above elements and for improving rational diet.Methods A total of 2312 children in kindergartens were classified into three groups,including the primary class (five -years,410 boys, 358 girls),the junior class(six -years,396 boys,355 girls),and the senior class(seven -years,422 boys,371 girls).All their whole blood was conducted for the detection of zinc,calcium,iron,magnesium,copper,and the levels and trends of the five elements in different age groups were analyzed.Results The deficiencies of zinc,iron and calcium were common in children,but there was a declining tendency,with the differences among the three groups statistically significant (P <0.05). The deficiency rate for zinc was the highest (12.8%-16.1%),followed by iron (9.3%-12.6%),calcium (8.7%- 11.0%).There was no statistical significance on the deficiency differences of calcium,iron and zinc among the three groups (P >0.05).Conclusion The deficiencies of zinc,iron and calcium among children in Zhoushan islands exist.These elements in children should be periodically detected and the supplementary measures should be made as soon as possible.
