补肾调肝方治疗围绝经期综合征(肝肾阴虚证)50例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾调肝方治疗围绝经期综合征(肝肾阴虚证)的临床疗效。方法:将100例围绝经期综合征(肝肾阴虚证)患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各50例。治疗组采用补肾调肝方治疗,对照组采用更年安片治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组为94. 0%,对照组为80. 0%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05); 2组中医证候积分、Kupperman评分、血清内分泌激素中雌激素(E2)、孕酮(P)、促卵泡成熟激素(FSH)、黄体生成激素(LH)治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:补肾调肝方治疗围绝经期综合征(肝肾阴虚证)有较好疗效。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Bushen Tiaogan prescription in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome with liver-kidney Yin deficiency.Methods:A total of 100patients with perimenopausal syndrome with liver -kidney Yin deficiency were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 50 patients in each group.The patients in the treatment group were given Bushen Tiaogan prescription,and those in the control group were given Gengnian'an tablets.Results:There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group (94.0%vs 80.0%,P <0.05).After treatment,both groups had significant changes in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,Kupperman score,and serum levels of estradiol, progesterone,follicle stimulating hormone,and luteotropic hormone,and there were significant differences in these indices between the two groups (P <0.05).Conclusion :Bushen Tiaogan prescription has a good clinical effect in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome with liver -kidney Yin deficiency.
