摘 要:目的建立测定消毒产品中违禁添加抗真菌药物成分的方法。方法采用超高效液相色谱串联质谱法,对消毒剂中添加的9种违禁抗真菌药物成分做出测定方法的建立和验证。结果以1%甲酸乙腈溶液为流动相、用PSA去除杂质和外标法定量。酮康唑、氟胞嘧啶、氟康唑、灰黄霉素、联苯苄唑、硝酸益康唑、硝酸咪康唑、盐酸萘替芬和克霉唑9种抗真菌药物成分都确定了线性范围和最低检出限,线性相关系数(r^2)均>0.99;加标回收率为72.0%~106.4%;相对标准偏差为2.52%~6.15%。结论该方法适用于各种剂型消毒产品中多组分抗真菌药物的检测,为消毒产品的检测和监管提供了技术支持。Objective To establish the method of determination of nine antifungal agents in disinfected products by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry. Methods Ultra-high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry method was used to determine and verify nine banned antifungal agents in disinfected products. Results 1% acetonitrile formate solution was used to extract the disinfectant sample and PSA was used to remove impurities from the cream sample extract. The linear ranges and the lowest limit of ketoconazole,flucomyrimidine,fluconazole,greythromycin,benzazole,diconazole nitrate,miconazole nitrate,naphthaleniprofen hydrochloride and kmenazole were determined. The linear correlation coefficients were all( r2) > 0. 99. The standard recovery rate was 72. 0%-106. 4%,with a relative standard deviation of 2. 52% to 6. 15%. Conclusion This method is applicable to the detection of multi-component antifungal drugs in various dosage forms of disinfection products and provides technical support for the detection and supervision of disinfection products.
