摘　　要：从实地探究乡村老年设施的使用现状切入,将当前建成设施所存在的共性问题归结为规划、设施、服务、运营四个层面。通过进一步分析问题的本质,再由本质对应乡村老年设施建设的提升动力,提出必要性的"乡村老人需求"和可行性的"乡村养老资源"是当前我国乡村老年设施建设提升的内外驱动力。Starting from the field investigation, this research focuses on exploring the existing problems of built elderly facilities in rural areas, and sums this up into four aspects:planning, programming, service providing and operating. Through further analysis of the essence of these problems, it puts forward the inner and outer motivation for promoting the construction of the rural elderly facilities:"actual demand of the rural elderly" and "rural resources for the elderly care".
