摘　　要：基于我国五个典型大城市的老年人调查数据,分析发现:约四成老年人的住宅需要进行适老化改造,老年人对与住宅安全性能相关的改造项目需求较大,卫生间和厨房普遍存在不足,其主要问题为面积狭小。多项老年人个体特征和住宅特征对住宅改造需求有显著影响。以往改造扶持对象的认定标准在年龄和失能程度方面存在不尽合理之处。Based on the survey data in 5 typical Chinese big cities, home modification needs of the elderly living alone were identified. The analysis result shows that more than 40% of the homes for the elderly are expected to be modified. The most notable home modification needs of the elderly are associated with the safety. The primary housing problem of the elderly refers to the deficient space of bathrooms and kitchens. Several specific demographic characteristics of the elderly and housing characteristics have significant influences on home modification needs.Additionally, there are some inadequacies of the recipient selection criteria of home modification in age and disability of the elderly.
