摘  要:目的探讨门诊智能导诊服务系统在门诊患者就诊过程中的应用效果。方法某三甲医院于2017年7月1日-2017年8月31日招募志愿者200人,随机分为两组,对照组和实验组各100人。对比分析诊后检查等候时长和就诊满意度情况。通过等候时长和就诊满意度两组对比的方法来体现智能导诊服务系统的应用价值。结果对照组未使用门诊智能导诊服务系统,平均等候时长为47分钟,实验组使用门诊智能导诊服务系统平均检查等候时长23分钟,相比于对照组平均等候时长减少了20多分钟。经统计,实验组对就诊的满意度高达96%,高于对照组的87%。而且实验组对此服务系统的使用满意度高达97%。结论门诊智能导诊服务系统为患者提供最佳医疗检查规划,减轻了医护人员繁重的重复性工作,有效提高就诊效率和患者满意率。Objective To investigate the effects of intelligent guidance system.Methods The hospital recruited 200 volunteers from July 1,2017 to August 31,2017 and divided them into two groups on average.We compare the waiting time and satisfaction of examination of the two groups.The application value of the intelligent guidance system is demonstrated through the comparison of waiting time and satisfaction.Results The average waiting time of the control group who did not use the intelligent guidance system is 47 minutes.The average waiting time of the experimental group who used the intelligent guidance system is 23 minutes and reduce by more than 20 minutes compared with the control group who did not use the intelligent guidance system.After statistical analysis,the satisfaction of experimental group to the examination is 96% and higher than 87% of control group.Moreover,the satisfaction of experimental group to the intelligent guidance system is up to 97%.Conclusion The intelligent guidance system provides the best medical examination planning for patients.Meanwhile,it reduces the repetitive work of medical staff,and effectively improves the efficiency and satisfaction of examination.
