摘　　要：汽油国Ⅴ、国Ⅵ与国Ⅳ标准相比较,最大的变化是硫质量分数由50μg/g降低为10μg/g。烯烃体积分数由28%降低为国ⅥB的15%;芳烃体积分数由40%降低为35%;苯体积分数由1%降低为国ⅥB的0. 8%。为达到国ⅥB烯烃含量指标的要求,中国石油化工股份有限公司胜利油田分公司采用MIP-LTAG组合工艺对FCC装置进行改造,综合分析了生产和调合过程的相关因素,制订出符合本厂生产情况的国Ⅴ和国Ⅵ标准汽油调合方案,即国Ⅴ汽油调合方案主要针对辛烷值来制定,国Ⅵ汽油调合方案主要针对烯烃来制定。As compared with the National Ⅳ Emission Standards,the biggest changes in the National Ⅴand Ⅵ Emission Standards are that the sulfur mass content is reduced from 50 μg/g to 10 μg/g,the volumetric content of olefins is lowered from 28% to 15%,the volumetric content of aromatics is reduced from 40% to 35%,and the benzene volumetric content is lowered from 1% to 0. 8%. In order to meet the required specifications of National Emission Standard( ⅥB),an integrated MIP-LTAG process has been applied by SINOPEC Shengli Oilfield Company in the revamping of a FCC unit. Based upon the analysis of various factors in the production and blending operation,a new effective gasoline blending scheme has been developed,which matches the production conditions of the refinery and meet the requirements of the National Ⅴ and Ⅵ Emission Standards. The blending scheme for the production of National Ⅴ gasoline is mainly based upon the octane number while the blending scheme for the production of National Ⅵ gasoline is mainly based upon the olefin content.
