摘 要:叙述了稀乙烯制乙苯技术的工艺流程,水洗罐或水洗塔在流程中的作用是将干气中的甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)的质量分数降低到1μg/g以下,保护烷基化催化剂不中毒。对国内两家稀乙烯制乙苯企业出现的烷基化催化剂持续性中毒和暂时性中毒的两种气相碱中毒形态进行了详细分析,通过反应温升和乙烯转化率下降情况以及催化剂活性恢复的难易程度,总结了稀乙烯制乙苯烷基化催化剂气体碱性物质中毒的判断思路和方法。对气相碱中毒提出了采用装有废催化剂的保护床或者增加改性酸性白土反应器等预防措施,并建议增设气相碱性物质特别是氨气的检测手段的建议。The process of dilute-ethylene to ethylbenzene is described. The functions of washing tank or washing tower in the process are introduced,which are to reduce MDEA in dry gas to less than 1 ppm to prevent the alkylation catalyst from being poisoned. The two kinds of gas-phase alkali poisoning shown as persistent poisoning and temporary poisoning of alkylation catalyst in dilute-ethylene technology are analyzed in detail for two domestic companies. Based on the decreases of temperature rise and conversion rate of ethylene and the difficulty of activity restoration of catalyst,the methods for the determination of gas-phase alkali poisoning in alkylation catalyst of dilute-ethylene to ethylbenzene process are summarized. The preventive measures such as using a protective bed with spent catalysts or adding modified acid white clay reactor,etc are recommended for gas alkali poisoning. The recommendation of increasing the testing method of alkali in gas phase,especially ammonia,is proposed.
