摘  要:农杆菌作为一种天然植物转化体系,已经广泛应用于植物转基因研究中。在建立和优化转化体系研究中发现农杆菌转化法具有植物基因型依赖性,不同植物受体转化效率差异很大。在农杆菌转化的分子机制研究中发现有许多植物基因及蛋白质参与农杆菌的转化过程。在农杆菌转化过程中,植物的生理生化及基因表达等方面有很大变化,植物防御酶和内源激素变化对农杆菌转化效率有重要影响。本综述对近年来影响农杆菌转化的植物因素的研究进展进行评述,以期为提高农杆菌转化效率及探索农杆菌转化机制的研究提供理论依据和实践基础。Agrobacterium tumefaciens as a natural tool for plant transformation, have been widely applied to plant transgenic researches. The research of constructing and optimizing transformation system suggested that the Agrobacterium-mediated transformation had high reliability on gene type, and the transformation efficiency was influenced by different receptors. The research of molecular mechanisms of Agrobacterium-mediated transformation indicated that many plant genes and proteins have involved in the process of transformation. In the process of Agrobacterium-mediated plant transformation, there were great changes in plant physiological and biochemical and genetic expression. Changing of plant defense enzymes and endogenous hormones had important effects on the transformation efficiency. The research progress of plant factors affecting Agrobacterium-mediated transformation in recent years was reviewed. And it would provide a theoretical and practical foundation for improving transformation efficiency and exploring transformation mechanism.
