摘  要:目的:探讨西宁地区慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重期患者血液流变学参数和红细胞变形性的研究。方法:分别测定168例COPD急性发作期患者(研究组)和170例正常人(对照组)的血液流变学参数和红细胞聚集指数、红细胞刚性指数、红细胞变形指数、棘红细胞百分比、血沉等。结果:COPD急性加重期患者血液呈高黏状态,全血和血浆黏度增加,红细胞聚集指数、红细胞刚性指数增加、红细胞变形指数减低、棘形红细胞百分比升高、血沉加快、红细胞压积增高等。结论:COPD急性加重期患者红细胞黏度增加,变形性下降,棘红细胞增多等指标均可作为评价本地区COPD患者严重程度、疗效的参考指标。Objective:This study is aimed to investigate the hemorheological parameters and erythrocyte deformability in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in Xining.Methods:168patients with acute attack of COPD(study group)and 170normal persons(control group)were detected respectively with their Hemorheological parameters,erythrocyte aggregation index,erythrocyte rigidity index,erythrocyte deformability index,percentage of spinous erythrocyte and erythrocyte sedimentation rate.Results:The blood of patients with acute exacerbation of COPD was in a high viscous state,in which the whole blood,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte aggregation index and erythrocyte rigidity index increased,while the erythrocyte deformability index decreased,spinous erythrocyte percentage increased,erythrocyte sedimentation rate increased,and hematocrit increased.Conclusion:The indexes of erythrocyte viscosity,deformability and acanthocytosis in patients with acute exacerbation of COPD can be used as a reference index to evaluate the severity and efficacy of patients with COPD in this area.
