手术室细节护理在确保手术室护理安全中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨在手术室护理安全中实施手术室细节护理的临床效果。方法 100例手术室患者,按照护理方法的不同分为实验组和对照组,各50例。对照组采取常规的护理管理模式,实验组采取手术室细节护理干预。对比两组患者的护理质量评分以及护理满意度。结果实验组患者的护士配合技能、器械准备评分、医疗设备管理评分、消毒隔离评分以及护理安全质量评分分别为(29.05±4.95)、(20.58±3.98)、(29.58±5.36)、(19.21±4.01)、(96.85±16.14)分,均高于对照组的(25.36±3.89)、(15.12±3.54)、(25.14±4.05)、(16.85±2.64)、(88.02±14.17)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者护理满意度96.00%显著高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对手术患者采取手术室细节护理干预,能够显著提高手术室的护理质量,还能极大程度满足患者的护理需求,值得推广。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of operating room detail nursing in ensuring the safety of operating room. Methods A total of 100 operation room patients were divided by different nursing methods into experimental group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing management mode, and the experimental group received operating room detail nursing intervention. The nursing quality score and nursing satisfaction between the two groups was compared. Results The experimental group had nurses’cooperation skills, equipment preparation score, medical equipment management score, disinfection and isolation score and nursing safety and quality score respectively as (29.05±4.95), (20.58±3.98), (29.58±5.36), (19.21±4.01) and (96.85±16.14) points, which were all higher than (25.36±3.89), (15.12±3.54), (25.14±4.05), (16.85±2.64) and (88.02±14.17) points in the control group, and their difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The experimental group had significantly higher nursing satisfaction degree as 96.00% than 80.00% in the control group, and their difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Application of operating room detail nursing intervention can significantly improve the nursing quality of operation room, and greatly meet the needs of patients’ nursing. So it is worthy of promotion.
