针刀疗法联合猪苓汤治疗输尿管结石

摘　　要：目的观察针刀疗法合猪苓汤口服治疗输尿管结石诱发肾及输尿管绞痛的疗效。方法对23例输尿管结石并积水患者采用针刀治疗,疼痛缓解后服用猪苓汤1周,B超复查输尿管结石和积水情况。结果 21例患者经针刀治疗后即刻疼痛明显缓解,2例针刀治疗后疼痛无明显缓解,给予注射杜冷丁和阿托品后疼痛缓解。治疗后1周B超复查,22例输尿管未见结石和积水。1例输尿管结石积水无变化。结论针刀治疗能迅速缓解疼痛,配合猪苓汤口服能加速结石排出。Objective To study the curative effect of akupotomye and Zhuling Decoction on renal and ureteral colic induced by ureteral calculi. Methods Twenty-three patients with ureteral calculi and hydronephrosis were treated with akupotomye therapy. After pain relief, they were treated with Zhuling Decoction for one week. The ureteral calculi and hydronephrosis were reexamined by B-ultrasound. Results The pain of 21 patients was relieved immediately after treatment, however that of 2 patients was not relieved significantly. The pain was relieved after injection of dolantin and atropine. One week after treatment, B-ultrasound showed no stone or hydronephrosis in 22 patients and no change in hydronephrosis in 1 patient. Conclusion Akupotomye therapy can quickly relieve pain, and combined with Zhuling Decoction can accelerate stone discharge.
