肾上腺素与布地奈德雾化吸入治疗门急诊小儿急性喉炎的疗效比较研究

摘　　要：目的比较肾上腺素与布地奈德雾化吸入治疗门急诊小儿急性喉炎的临床疗效。方法选取衡阳市妇幼保健院门急诊2015年6月—2017年8月收治的急性喉炎患儿90例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各45例。对照组患儿采用布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,研究组患儿采用肾上腺素雾化吸入治疗。比较两组患儿的临床疗效、症状缓解时间、喉梗阻减轻程度,并观察两组患儿不良反应发生情况。结果研究组患儿总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患儿吸入性呼吸困难、犬吠样咳嗽、声音嘶哑、喉喘鸣缓解时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患儿喉梗阻减轻程度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患儿用药期间均未出现严重不良反应。结论肾上腺素雾化吸入治疗门急诊小儿急性喉炎的临床疗效优于布地奈德,其可更有效改善患儿的临床症状,促进疾病快速康复,且安全性好。Objective To compare the clinical effect of adrenalin and budesonide aerosol inhalation in treating acute laryngitis of emergency department.Methods A total of 90 cases of acute laryngitis patients were selected from June 2015 to August 2017 in Hengyang Maternal and Child Health Hospital,which were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,45 cases in each group.The control group was given budesonide aerosol inhalation,the study group was given adrenalin aerosol inhalation.The clinical effect,symptoms relief time,improvement of laryngeal obstruction were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Results The study group of total effective rate was higher than control group(P<0.05).The relief time of inhaled dyspnea,barking cough,hoarseness,laryngeal stridor in study group were shorter than control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference of improvement of laryngeal obstruction between the two groups(P>0.05).No serious adverse reactions was happened.Conclusion Adrenalin aerosol inhalation has a better clinical effect in treating acute laryngitis of emergency department than budesonide,it can more effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children,promote the diseases recovery rapidly,and with good safety.
