食管电生理检查在阵发性室上性心动过速中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨食管电生理检查在阵发性室上性心动过速(PSVT)中的应用价值。方法选取巴中市中心医院2014年9月—2016年9月收治的PSVT患者105例,分别进行食管电生理和心内电生理检查,以心内电生理检查为金标准,比较食管电生理检查对房室结折返性心动过速(AVNRT)与房室折返性心动过速(AVRT)的检出情况及不同RP'值时AVNRT与AVRT检出情况。结果食管电生理检查与心内电生理检查对AVNRT、AVRT检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。RP'值≤70 ms时,AVNRT检出率高于其他(P<0.05);RP'值≥100 ms时,AVRT检出率高于其他(P<0.05)。结论食管电生理检查与心内电生理检查的应用价值相当,而食管电生理检查不同RP'值时AVNRT与AVRT存在明显差异,且操作简便,无创伤,费用低。Objective To investigate the application value of esophageal electrophysiology in paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia(psvt).Methods A lotal of 105 patients with PSVT admitted to Bazhong Central Hospital from September 2014 to September 2016 were examined by esophageal electrophysiology and intracardiac electrophysiology respectively.Using intracardiac electrophysiological examination as gold standard,the detection of atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia(AVNRT)and atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia(AVRT)by esophageal electrophysiological examination and the detection of AVNRT and AVRT at different RP’values were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the detection rates of AVNRT and AVRT between esophageal electrophysiology and intracardiac electrophysiology(P>0.05).When RP’s value was less than 70 ms,the detection rate of AVNRT was higher than others(P<0.05);when RP’s value was more than 100 ms,the detection rate of AVRT was higher than others(P<0.05).Conclusion The value of esophageal electrophysiological examination is similar to that of intracardiac electrophysiological examination,but there are obvious differences between AVNRT and AVRT in different RP’values of esophageal electrophysiological examination,which is simple,non-invasive and low-cost.
