青海省人民医院2017年各类神经系统口服药物使用情况分析

摘　　要：目的分析青海省人民医院2017年各类神经系统口服药物的使用情况,以为临床合理用药提供依据。方法采用用药频度(DDDs)、限定日费用(DDC)、排序比统计分析青海省人民医院2017年各类神经系统口服药物的金额及占比、销售金额排序前10位的药物使用情况、用药数量排序前10位的药物使用情况。结果本院2017年各类神经系统口服药物中镇痛药金额最高,其次为解热镇痛抗炎药、抗癫痫药。销售金额排序前10位的药物主要包括镇痛药、解热镇痛抗炎药、抗癫痫药、抗脑血管病药等,镇痛药中氨酚羟考酮片排序比为0.2,盐酸曲多马缓释片排序比为0.8;解热镇痛抗炎药中塞来昔布胶囊排序比为1.0,萘普生缓释胶囊排序比为1.5。丁苯酞软胶囊DDC最高。抗癫痫药物中苯妥英钠片和丙戊酸钠缓释片DDDs较高,用药数量较大,DDC较低。氨酚羟考酮片DDC最高,其他较低。结论青海省人民医院2017年各类神经系统口服药物镇痛药和解热镇痛抗炎药的金额较高,且其销售金额与用药人次基本同步,用药基本合理,对抗癫痫药物的使用较规范,但丁苯酞软胶囊的平均日费用最高,因此,应进一步加强相关管理,开展系统化培训,保证患者用药安全,减轻患者经济负担。Objective To analyze the use of oral drugs in various nervous system in Qinghai Provincial People’s hospital in 2017,so as to provide evidence for rational drug use in clinic.Methods DDDs,DDC and sorting ratio were used to analyze the amount and proportion of various oral nervous system drugs in Qinghai Provincial People’s Hospital in 2017,the top 10 drugs in the order of sales amount and the top 10 drugs in the order of number of drugs used.Results In 2017,the amount of analgesics was the highest among various oral nervous system drugs,followed by antipyretics,analgesics,anti-inflammatory drugs and anti-epileptic drugs.The top 10 drugs in the order of sales amount mainly include analgesics,antipyretics,analgesics,anti-inflammatory drugs,anti-epilepsy drugs,anti-cerebrovascular drugs and so on.The sorting ratio of paracetamol oxycodone tablets in analgesics was 0.2,that of tradoma hydrochloride sustained-release tablets was 0.8,that of celecoxib capsules in antipyretics,analgesics and anti-inflammatory drugs was 1.0,and that of naproxen sustained-release capsules was 1.5.Butylphthalide soft capsules DDC was the highest.Among the antiepileptic drugs,phenytoin sodium tablets and valproate sodium sustained-release tablets had higher DDDs,larger dosage and lower DDC.Oxycodone and acetaminophen tablets DDC were the highest and the rest were lower.Conclusion In 2017,the amount of various oral analgesics and antipyretic analgesics for nervous system in our hospital was relatively high,and the sales amount was basically synchronized with the number of drug users.The use of antiepileptic drugs was basically reasonable,but the average daily cost of butylphthalide soft capsules was the highest.Therefore,relevant management should be further strengthened,systematic training should be carried out to ensure the safety of drug use and reduce the financial burden of patients.
