摘　　要：巨噬细胞(Macrophages)根据其表型不同,在动脉粥样硬化病变中发挥抗炎和促炎等双重功能。在急性和慢性肾脏疾病中,不同表型的巨噬细胞对肾功能损伤和修复也产生多种影响。Macrophages,according to their phenotype,play the dual functions of anti-inflammation and proinflammation in atherosclerotic lesions.In acute and chronic kidney diseases,macrophages of different phenotypes also have multiple effects on renal function injury and repair.
