摘　　要：血栓性血小板减少性紫癜(TTP)是一种严重的、可危及生命的疾病,在妊娠期对母婴结局会产生不良影响.本文旨在对近年妊娠合并TTP的诊治及管理方面进行综述.Thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP)is a serious and life-threatening disease that can adversely affect maternal and infant outcomes during pregnancy.This article aims to review the diagnosis,treatment and management of pregnancy complicated with TTP in recent years.
