Objective To study and analyze the application value of ultrasound blood flow imaging technology in neonatal PICC catheterization. Methods A total of 46 neonates who underwent PICC catheterization (blind catheterization)in our hospital from 2015 to 2016 were selected as the control group, and 35 neonates who underwent PICC catheterization under ultrasound blood flow imaging technology from 2017 to 2018 were selected as the observation group, and the clinical indicators of the two groups were compared. Results the catheter position accuracy rate in the observation group Was higher than that in the control group, and the data comparison was statistically significant (P<0.05).The catheterization time, blood loss, phlebitis incidence, heart rate fluctuation, and unplanned extubation rate of the control group were all higher than those of the observation group, and the data difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The-application of ultrasound blood flow imaging technology in PICC catheterization in neonates is remarkable, which can improve the success rate of PICC catheterization in neonates and shorten the PICC catheterization ,time.
