摘 要:螺栓球节点是网架结构中最常用的节点形式之一,现阶段的网架计算采用空间桁架位移法,节点假定为铰接,不考虑螺栓球节点的影响.本文模拟钢球、螺栓、套筒、锥头等配件间复杂的接触关系,建立了螺栓球节点精细化模型,验证螺栓球节点传力路径和受力机制的有效性,并对螺栓球节点的配件构造参数锥尾壁厚和锥头斜率变化对承载力的影响展开深入研究.对一个正放四角锥网架,采用MPC方法建立多尺度精细化模型,进行平衡路径跟踪,计算极限承载力,研究整体和节点的应力分布、塑性发展和破坏形式.比较精细化模型和传统模型的承载能力、受力变形情况,对螺栓球节点网架的设计提出合理建议.Bolted spherical joint is one of the most common joint forms in space truss structure.At present,the space truss displacement method is generally used in computing analysis,in which the bolt spherical joint is assumed to be hinge connection,and the influence of bolt joint is not considered.Considering the contact between ball,bolt,sleeve,conical head and other accessories,a refinement model of bolted spherical joint was established.The force transmission path and the effectiveness of the mechanism were verified.The influence from structural parameters of the joint,the end thickness of cone and the slope of the conical head is studied.A multi-scale refinement model of square pyramid space truss structure was established with MPC method.Equilibrium path tracing,ultimate bearing capacity,stress distribution,plastic development and destruction form were researched with the multi-scale refinement model.The load bearing capacity and deformation of the refined model were compared with the traditional model.The reasonable suggestion for the design of the bolted spherical joint space truss structure is put forward.
