摘　　要：站在新时代中国和世界互动的历史高度看,我们继续前行特别需要:坚持党的领导和以人民为中心的发展相结合,坚持百折不挠的意志与稳中求进的举措相结合,坚持解放思想与时俱进的理论创新和敢为人先中国气派的实践探索相结合,坚持充分发挥自身比较优势与广泛吸取外部经验相结合,坚持完善市场经济体制并发挥市场配置资源的决定性作用和更好发挥政府宏观调控作用相结合,坚持国有企业、国有经济与民营企业、民营经济发展相结合,将改革开放的旗帜举得更高更稳。Looking at the interaction between China and the world in the new era,if we want to move forward constantly,we need to adhere to combining Party leadership with people-centered development;the indomitable will with the measures for making progress while ensuring stability;the theoretical innovation of emancipating the mind and advancing with the times with the practice of exploring with a daring spirit and in the Chinese manner;giving full play to our comparative advantages with extensively drawing on external experience;improving the market economy system and letting the market play its decisive role in allocating resources with making the government better exercise macroeconomic regulation and control;and the development of the stateowned enterprises and the state-owned economy with that of the private enterprises and the private economy,so as to hold higher the banner of reform and opening up.
