摘 要:目的:为全面分析翠云草双黄酮类化学成分,制订翠云草整体质量评价提供依据。方法:采用提取分离结合波谱学分析技术,分离鉴定单体双黄酮类化合物;采用LC-UV-MS技术,研究翠云草中已知化合物的质谱裂解规律,推测其他成分。结果:从翠云草中分离得到4个单体双黄酮类化合物,分别为罗波斯塔双黄酮-4′-甲醚(1)、2,3,2″,3″-四氢穗花杉双黄酮(2)、2,3-二氢穗花杉双黄酮(3)、2,3-二氢穗花杉双黄酮-4′-甲醚(4);归属了翠云草中14个特征成分峰,其中穗花杉双黄酮母核8个、罗波斯塔双黄酮母核5个、4′-O-6″-双苯醚母核1个。结论:本研究为翠云草指纹图谱分析、双黄酮类成分含量测定提供了依据,且为制订翠云草质量标准提供了对照物质。Objective:Comprehensive analysis of biflavonoids from Selaginella uncinata was conducted and the results could offer material basis for its holistic quality evaluation. Methods:The monomer compounds were isolated and identified by means of chromatographic separation and spectrum analysis. LC-UV-MS was used to investigate the mass fragmentation rules of known compounds,then to conjecture others. Results:Four biflavonoids,robustaflavone-4′-methyl ether(1),2,3,2″,3″-tetrahydroamentoflavone(2),2,3-dihydroamentoflavone(3),2,3-dihydroamentoflavone-4′-methyl ether(4),were isolated from Selaginella uncinata. Fourteen biflavonoids were speculated,including three types of mother nucleus structures,eight amentoflavone,five robustaflavone and one hinokiflavone. Conclusion:This study could provide the foundation for the fingerprint and assay of biflavonoids of Selaginella uncinata. On the other hand,the results could offer the standard materials to draw up its quality standard.
