摘  要:介绍了温控开关接触片的成形工艺,采用了先局部修边、成形、再修边、再成形的方式,由外向内逐步完成的方案,设计了14个工序完成零件关键位置的弯曲成形,并详细介绍了成形工艺和相关的结构设计,使用侧浮动抽芯,保证反弯曲180°的稳定性,解决了零件成形质量不稳定的状况。实际生产表明,冲压级进模成形工艺方案切实可行,模具结构设计合理,制造装配及维修方便,为类似零件的设计和生产提供了依据。The processing technology of temperature control switch contact plate was presented. It adopted the outside-in gradually complete solution that firstly local cutting, forming, cutting and forming, and designed the 14 steps to perform the bending of key position. The forming process and related structure design were described in detail. It used a floating side core-pulling mechanism to guarantee the stability of 180° bending. The actual production showed that the forming sequence scheme of the stamping progressive die was feasible, the die structure design was reasonable, the manufacture assembly and the maintenance were convenient. It provided a basis for the design and production of similar products.
