摘 要:通过对零件结构及形状特点进行分析并结合实际生产验证,确定左、右后轮罩外板的冲压工艺,运用AutoForm R6.0软件数值模拟优化,设计并制造了拉深模,左、右对称件采用合模生产,能减少模具数量,提高生产效率,对同类零件的冲压工艺设计具有一定的借鉴作用。Through analyzing the structure and shape characteristics of the part and combining with the actual production verification, the stamping process of the left and right back wheel housing outer panels was determined. A drawing die was designed and manufactured by using AutoForm R6.0 software for numerical simulation and optimization. The left and right symmetrical panels were produced by a single die, which could reduce the number of dies and improve the production efficiency. It provided a reference for the stamping process design of similar parts.
